Why do you have a plastic bag containing other plastic bags?

Hmm.. I guess I'm in the minority here. But I don't collect plastic bags and store them inside other bags. I just buy my Glad garbage bags in a big roll once every few months. I peel a new bag from that roll whenever I take the trash out. Why are y'all collecting bags and storing them in other bags? I don't get it.
