I โ€œreadโ€ even after we stop eating foods with seed oils, they can stay in our bodies for a few years (not sure where other than our own fat cells).

Wish there was a way a simple pleb could verify this, but if itโ€™s true then it would be logical to suspect it does with the animals we eat.

Fat = storage

I limit US pork for that reason

Pigs are auto enzyme digesters and "bad" fats are stored with little modification

I do lean towards grass finished beef; the same effect is present to a lesser degree in ruminants (as shown by omega ratios) but I think grain finished is OK

On this side of things we certainly agree. Grain finishing has a minimal, if any affect on the nutrition profile. Depending on the grain of course. The closer the grain is to it's natural state, the better..... Is my understanding on the matter.
