Nsec is your private key in bech32 format. Bech32 and HEX are two different ways to represent the same sequence. Bech32 has the advantage of being easily recognized by humans. All HEX look alike.
Bech32 requires computational power to decode by your software. HEX does not. Using HEX format in your software is easier.
