Oh right. It’s the MICA stuff. I haven’t read into all the details but my take was that it could’ve been much worse. It’s waaaay better than “come in and register” that the SEC keeps pushing.

Yes, as far as I understand now you have treshold on withdrawal that is €1k

The EU has been clamping down on ALL cash usage for years. This is just the same law added to crypto.

I completely disagree with those laws in general but it’s not a crypto specific thing.

I'm familiar with both.

Cute for low denominations and for the patient under us. Same for robosats.

Dispute resolution is the main, major pain point.

The best P2P liquidity seems to be in Euro & it's such a long way for them to $5 wrench me.

Slowly building the non kyc stack. I wish I'd done it from the start.
