Oh right. It’s the MICA stuff. I haven’t read into all the details but my take was that it could’ve been much worse. It’s waaaay better than “come in and register” that the SEC keeps pushing.

The EU has been clamping down on ALL cash usage for years. This is just the same law added to crypto.

I completely disagree with those laws in general but it’s not a crypto specific thing.

EU is over regulated, it will kill them, I leave in France and it’s getting worse.
