It's possible that the browser's privacy protection is blocking noStrudel from detecting if there is a service on port 4869.

I downloaded the latest Firefox and used the default configuration, and it can detect nostr-relay-tray.
I think what happened is I changed some settings some time ago and completely forgot I made those changes.
