I've been browsing through Nostr and found many interesting posts, especially about Bitcoin. I'll be documenting my progress in strength training here.

My life goals by the time I'm 30 are:
* Squats: 300KG (661 pounds)
* Bench press: 200KG (441 pounds)
* Deadlift: 300KG (661 pounds)
Currently, I'm at:
* Squats: 240KG (529 pounds)
* Bench press: 160KG (353 pounds)
* Deadlift: 260KG (573 pounds)
