I'm always checking out good night time teas that help you sleep. They normally have chamomile and other stuff.

I actually do have a night time tea, it doesn't have Camomile but all the ingredients help with either falling asleep, staying asleep and quieting the brain. Plus all the herbs I use are organic since many herbs can be bioaccumulators.

I originally made it for my husband who has multiple sleep disorders, this was the only blend that actually helped him sleep as well as tasted good to him.
