So true GiGi, I've lived many years of my life against the grain. Its bloody hard work. Last 5 years I used a different approach, looking for feedback, and fine tuning. Occasionally I've even had to say no to great opportunities. It makes the world of difference. We need to realise, sometimes the soil just isn't compatible, and we need to move onto more fertile plains.
