Dial back nicotine levels a little at a time.
Nicotine, in itself, is not harmful, but the addiction can be. Usually, I’d recommend tapering down to a low percent or switching to pouches
Consider putting your vape in a closet or something so you have to make a conscious effort to get it. This will greatly reduce the amount of involuntary puffs you take. Baby steps.
