It isn't easy for everyone to buy btc in cash.

Anyway it doesn't matter. it is just to get something like $200 to start his trading journey on exchange.

+ kyc bitcoin doesn't matter anyway after he will dump them on Bisq to get his no kyc Monero.

Absolutely not easy, totally agree. But still doable. And be aware, that dumping on bisq will not erase your kyc data from the exchange database. So it will matter. Not that much maybe with a small amount
