you think this is bad, people are actually driving non autonomous cars on public roadways where they could be hit by lightning or a meteorite at any moment and crash into a public school. we need bureaucracy to control us out of these terrible threats.

This. When I was young a neighbors pitbull attacked me and my mother while we were out walking, it bit my mom on the arm, requiring stitches. When my father returned home that evening, he grabbed his rifle, went to the neighbor's, and put a round into it's skull. Doggie found out. Small town rural living 😂

I assume they were pissed. The neighbors were not the most popular family in town, as it wasn't the dogs first incident. They were kinda trashy, and I don't think they knew how to train a dog. They moved away soon after.
