This is the silent one!

I just took a trip, the local diner in the middle of nowhere US only accepted cards, only had a menu available via QR code and website, and was mostly run by teenagers. They looked at me funny when I said I didn't have a phone on me, meanwhile the room full of 50+ y/o were buried in their smart phones, and us mid 20 y/o forgot them at the hotel. It's a weird time. I just told them I wanted food and handed the cashier a $20 bill and left.
