I haven't had the need for a form in recent times, but the next time I do, I will be using formstr.
I’m going to check this out. Any other nostr apps you recommend?
Didn't know this existed. Use forms a few times a year so this will be on my radar for next time. Can people fill it out without an account?
They can submit anonymously,that is the default

Nice work on this! It's really clean and easy to use. Feels easier to work on the admin side than Google Forms. I will definitely use this the next time I need a form (hopefully soon).
I have a suggestion. Site needs a text link for donations. ;)
