Ahh, this time of the year again! Everyone’s motivated. New gym memberships! Fresh grocery hauls! Vision boards plastered with BIG goals!

And then… spring rolls around. The gym is empty. Groceries turn into takeout. Vision boards collect dust.

It’s fascinating, isn’t it? People want to change their lives, but their habits — those stay the same.

Motivation isn’t enough. It fades. What lasts is commitment—showing up every day, even when it’s hard, even when it’s boring. It’s dialing in your groceries, your movement, your consumption, your time—and sticking with it.

Change isn’t about overhauling everything overnight like most people do. It’s about building small habits, consistently, that align with your ikigai. Micro becomes macro.

Going from fat to fit, depressed to gratified, or broke to rich is when you stop waiting for the “perfect” moment.
