#goodmorning Nostr! 12 years ago today I decided enough was enough. I was well over 400 lbs and climbing. I had a 54" waist and wore 4 & 5 XLT Thanks to a low carb lifestyle I lost over 170 lbs and keeping it off. You can do it, you just have to say enough is to enough.

I've had a few months off from the gym due to a shoulder injury.
