Anyone know of a nice free, preferably open source, QR generator?

I want to make pretty LNURL QRs with images in the centre for #[0] merchants.

If you want for Android then probably you can search in F-Droid repository. There are several QR Apps.

One of them:

There is a nice figma plugin for this. QR Code Designer

would be cool to add merchant LNURLs to openstreetmaps lol.

I'll add the ones for Chiang Mai in there that I know of

We actually have this feature already.

But we store the LNURL in our own DB, not OSM as that's too much of an attack vector.

Let me know the merchants and LNURLs.

that is true maybe its a good idea not to have it public

Check out this merchant:

https://btcmap.org/map?lat=41.8277384&long=23.48088815

Click on more on the pin and you'll see the pay button.

We then need to think about merchant verification.

Anyone know of a good comms protocol with cyrptographic key pairs we could use. 👀

not secure.. but maybe the postal service for ultra premium verification where you send a card and they enter in the code.

Not secure?

depends on how you pack it.

Pretend you're a drug mule
