Happy to hear that you didn’t experience much pain!

How do you feel now? Do you still feel like you’re ignoring your needs?

You should not force yourself to change your eating habits. Eating should feel good. I think it is helpful to research about food and nutrition to get a better understanding, how the food on the plate affects your body. And if you know a little more about a food, appetite could arise, or for junks you just know better what it does to you!

But it’s super important to give yourself time, just eat if it makes you feel good, take it easy, eating should make you happy and energized and not frustrated :))

I'm fine. A few years ago, I was in poor health. I didn't pay attention to my body and its needs. No pain, but in general. I spent a lot of time looking at diet, exercise, mental health and also my hormone balance. It was quite overwhelming at first. I just observed for quite a while. Then I completely changed my diet. That wasn't so easy. I try to integrate regular exercise into my everyday life. I often struggle with myself. I'm currently learning about meditation. I keep a close eye on my cycle and pay attention to my specific needs. Not always easy in everyday life either.

TL, i really appreciate to read your little selflove story. It can only get better especially with experiencing. 🫂
