How do you work?
Personally, I usually work in bursts of 20 mins to 1 hour with many breaks. Sometimes when I’m in the zone I can go 4-6 hours without a break or noticing how much time has gone by. That’s usually the day where I design 80% (crappy first run) version of an app.
I try to finish it on paper without any code written in one go and after that same as you.
