Firelight 600. They don't make them anymore, or at least they are no longer sold in the US. I've had it for 20 years. It's a work horse. I have a 400 in another part of house. The two keep the whole house toastey, even when it is below 0.
My parents have a 400. I like it but I wish that they had gotten the 500. I think I prefer side loading
But they really are handsome looking stoves and they do work well!
Yeah, the 500 and 600 have the side doors. The front door on the 600 has a lot of gaskets for the doors and windows. That's kind of a pain to replace. Using the side helps to keep the integrity of the glass and door gaskets.
