It’s totally up to you. Relays can see your IP so if you care, use nym and vpn

You could have multiple accounts. One under your name and any number of nym accounts. As has been pointed out, use a VPN/Orbit/Tor to keep the relays from knowing the nyms are you.

I have also used ProtonVPN. I don't know what others here think of it but I use other Proton products and generally like them so you can look into this one too.
