The garden provides endless opportunities. I spent the afternoon saving seeds from the jalapeño, cayenne slim and habanero peppers and prepping the peppers for the dehydrator.

As a treat, I turned 3 of the jalapeño peppers into poppers with Boursin cheese topped with Gruyère cheese and fresh pepper.

Gruyère cheese is the closest thing I can get to raw milk in Canada. It’s such a shame that raw milk is considered illegal in Canada. 🤦🏼‍♀️
