What type of pain it is matters. Getting on all fours & lifting the leg up & trying to point the toes to Sky can help. Broke my coccyx years ago & still have issues with sitting in one position too long. Does this make sense?

Yeah maybe i need stretching exercises.
I had a hydrotherapy session a few hours ago. I'm not sure if it's because I pushed myself during the exercises or if I might be a little sick from the cold after coming out of the water.
I feel tired and have heaviness and pain in my neck, more towards my back. That's happens sometimes after therapy but in a more relaxing way, this times i'm feeling bad, maybe i'm just sick.. i'll see tomorrow.
Oh I got confused. 😕 sorry. I was thinking cervical spine … you mean the neck. Do you have a theracane? Or even a tennis ball 🎾 to massage a part of the shoulder. There is a trigger point. I’ll take a picture to show you. 🫡
Yes, I can't remember if I already told you, but I have spondylarthritis, which is inflammation in the vertebrae, in my back, but right now especially in my neck.
My bones crack when I turn my head, and my muscles are almost always tense, like a stiff neck.
Anyway...if the pain continues, I will take more tramadol to sleep tonight.
