It is crazy... I get that overdoses have been rampant in recent years, pretty much everywhere, but this isn't the way to solve it. Kids aren't going to ration their "safe" stash
They're going to flip it and get a product that will actually get them high. Parent involvement should function as a check & balance mechanism for that type of behavior... stupid rules are always made to cater to edge cases and everyone in the rational part of the equation suffers for it. I hope this receives enough pushback to get corrected into something more responsible.
I think this just came to light today, so hopefully some changes can be made.
