Not all them. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to find some non-Bitcoinp podcasts there that I follow.

On Fountain I’ve listened to Linux Unplugged and Macrovoices, which are not Bitcoin podcasts.
I just searched and was also able to also find Mac Geek Gab, which I used to listen to years ago.
I guess it depends on your interests, but some are there for sure.
I just found a soccer related podcast of one of the two biggest radios in Spain, which absolutely has nothing to do with Bitcoin.
Use the search function, it’ll suprise you.
If you are talking about the fountainfm app, most podcasts are there. If there is a specific podcast you can not find, you should let them know. some of the most popular podcast on fountain are bitcoin related. Fountain appeals to those people for obvious reasons.
If you are trying to find non bitcoin related content on nostr, search for content using #grownostr
