How long do you infuse the oil in a warm water bath?
I use the sous vide function on the instant pot. I was doing 130* F for 36 hours. Trying 48 hours this time.
I used a sous vide circulator on a batch and I believe I did 90* F for 5 or 6 days but I feel like there wasnβt a noticeable difference from that to the month long cold infusions that Iβve done. Please keep updated us on the freeze dried trials youβre doing
