The polyunsaturated fatty acid molecules themselves are hazardous. Because of their many double bonds, even if you process them in such a way that they don’t oxidize, they will invariably oxidize *inside* the body, which creates harmful byproducts.

The alleged benefit is that you can substitute it for saturated fat, which raises LDL, aka the sole cause of heart disease according to The Science™️.

Fair points. The hardest part is avoiding them. They put this shit in almost everything.

It’s a crime against humanity. It’s in all the baby formulas. The FDA refuses to approve an infant formula that doesn’t have seed oils. Only 1 toddler formula without them on the market AFAIK.
