Nuance to the point. It's largely how the oils are processed, but I don't see what the benefit of consuming them is.

The polyunsaturated fatty acid molecules themselves are hazardous. Because of their many double bonds, even if you process them in such a way that they don’t oxidize, they will invariably oxidize *inside* the body, which creates harmful byproducts.
The alleged benefit is that you can substitute it for saturated fat, which raises LDL, aka the sole cause of heart disease according to The Science™️.
