I think I first saw it when I was 14 too I like either incredibly deep films or the complete opposite. 😁. I say it's probably my favourite because Ikuru by Akira Kurosawa is also my favourite and I can't choose between the two.... Guess which one is the deep one....

me neither but this film....its 72 years old and still regarded as one of the best films ever made ... not because its 'good' but because it will sucker punch you to teach you lesson 😂
