The best way to prepare and cook chicken is to make yakitori. Make a simple tare sauce and cook them over charcoal. You won’t regret it!

Might have to try this. Thanks for the tip

Pressure cooker is great if you want to shred it

Don’t have a pressure cooker or a insta pot. Maybe I should invest

I have an insta pot. Its worth it for perfectly done hardboiled eggs alone.

One of the best kitchen appliances I've ever spent money on.

I use one of those steamer egg cookers

But can it also make bone broth? 😉

You have a Costco membership? If you have one near you it’s worth it for the rotisserie chicken alone. $5 for a whole rotisserie chicken. Great way to save money.

I usually buy a raw (free range) chicken, cook it and use the juices for gravy & stuffing, then use the carcass for broth. It's about $30 with all ingredients the first time, and easily feeds 2 adults and a child with leftovers.

You can actually broth bones until they're basically dust!

Being smart is a way better way to beat inflation than being rich (but being both is obviously best 😉)
