Coffee. Otherwise porridge. Just organic whole milk and rolled oats. Yup it's carbs and arguably meant for the birds but we tolerate it well, there's no processed stuff or sugar, and you can do a nice batch for the whole fam in no time. Used to be bulk cook ups of eggs but the kids seems to get tired of that. Much as I tried they don't seem to be low carb if given preference.

I used to eat oats all the time and thought they were super healthy, but after going carnivore, I realized they’re not quite as great as I thought. They can cause bloating or digestive discomfort for some people and don’t really leave you full for long like protein does. That said, I totally get it. You have to work with what works for you and your family.
