i wrote it on my own website instead of here because NOSTR has no EDIT functionality and it's hard to write several pages long text without EDIT functionality.

it's on my personal site. i have already made a few edits since posting it. if i post on NOSTR i won't be able to make further edits.
not being able rewrite history is a good part of nostr
if your goal is to catch somebody lying yes.
if your goal is to express something as effectively as possible no.
from experience i re-write half of the entries on my site multiple times and delete the other half. if something is still there on my site 2 years after i wrote it without any changes to it that means nobody was reading it and i forgot all about it. but if it is something that people are reading i will continue improving it and if i no longer believe what was written i will delete it.
