Nostr Web Client

I was reading an article which discusses the difference(s) between Blue Sky and Nostr. And it seems the main difference is moderation. Blue Sky has moderation, and Nostr doesn’t believe in having any moderators.

This doesn’t seem like such a big deal to me… because doesn’t this mean individuals can just use the ‘mute/block, mute convo’ options whenever they feel the need to?

I think moderation is important, it's hard to onboard a new user and explain why it's a good thing that the feed is full of spam and explicit content.

Relays already filter a lot of spam but they could improve on impersonation and scams

hmm I haven’t experienced any spam or explicit content so far …

Just wondering, if you think moderation is important, why are you using Nostr? You mean like, in general, it’s important?

in general but specifically for nostr to improve on.

There are obvious cases like impersonation, spam etc. Personally I don't like this addyassistant (basically an ad) ⬆️. Moderation is individual that's why nostr needs better tools.
