With hourglass, when an attack is launched, someone *will* get bitten. Just not everybody all at once.
If that someone doesn't control the keys, then not that bad, we at least slow down potential dumping.
If the attacker is the owner, well, good for them.
Yeah, I find that a reasonable approach.
Also, I don’t mind burn in such a situation either. You have to be living under a rock not to hear anything about the migration and we don’t wanna leave the coins with someone (potentially some government) to take.
