there is no power projection via the bitcoin networkm. there is power usage as a timestamper and block constructor and there is power usage as a self validating node but that power is not projected toward anyone or anything it is used for a purpose similar to a body's mitochondria
your internal metabolism is not power projection it is power usage and the same goes with bitcoin.
