I found the (girl) math prodigy line very unconvincing/fake. Not in the concept, but the way it was written and performed. It put me off.

"Apple is trying to imagine how poverty looks like and how normal/poor people are talking/acting and completely failing at it. While the Empire character was something they understand well..."

That's what I was thinking at the time I watched it.
