I'm so wondering this. I think it needs to be on top of lightning or even cashu. I'm thinking escrow for $5-$100 casual exchanges are an important service that can't exist with current banking setups.
This type of financial tool is why I'm still messing with shitcoins. Smart contracts are a big unlock, it is just a shame they are used to such a proportion by scams.
