Thats been my experience also.
I used to work with this kid, he had a ton of food allergies, mostly dairy/ gluten but he maintained mostly carnivore during a 16 week strength routine we did. He texted me a year or so later and said he could eat all that stuff now without issue.
βit was moderate consumption because he liked the way he felt on carnivore but I thought that was amazing that he no longer had to be so careful.
