Largest change was switching from primarily vegetarian diet to primarily carnivore. A Doc told me not to do this. I feel much better and am on less meds than ever.

Thats been my experience also.

I used to work with this kid, he had a ton of food allergies, mostly dairy/ gluten but he maintained mostly carnivore during a 16 week strength routine we did. He texted me a year or so later and said he could eat all that stuff now without issue.

—it was moderate consumption because he liked the way he felt on carnivore but I thought that was amazing that he no longer had to be so careful.

Hopefully your working in a ton of fermentation into your diet.

It requires years to establish a change in gut flora so get carried away. Variety and quantity along with prebiotics. Don’t do supplements. Make your own its easy.
