Steak sandwiches

Ribeyes grilled to a nice medium and half inch slices of yellow onion grilled until they were tender, both seasoned with lemon pepper and a pinch of salt 😋

Then chopped those up a bit, put some white cheddar and 2 kinds of sauce on it, a mild horseradish sauce and a dash of A1, then toasted the whole thing in the broiler #foodstr
