*10,000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge*

Day 18:

5 clusters of kettlebell swings:

- 35lbs x 10

- 35lbs x 15

- 35lbs x 25

- 35lbs x 50

30 reps of goblet squats at 35lbs

time: 25 minutes

swings remaining: 1,000

two days left~!

and i timed just a smidge over 25 minutes (25:02 to be precise)

at first i thought it was a stretch to get under 30~! wonderful progress ^^

what kind of challenges have you done?

😊 i just did 31 classes in jan at a yoga studio for their january challenge but it wasn’t too bad (they had a mix of yoga, restorative yoga, pilates and meditation classes!)
