How many computers did you assemble over the years?

Monitor connected to onboard video connector?

Often BIOSes disable that one when an extra GPU is installed.

You could try unplugging your extra GPU(s). If this would be the root cause, you can configure your preferred video output in the BIOS and replug the GPU(s).
