Well you've jumped in freezing waters so I think you've been there 🙂
I took controlled breaths but not to the point of almost forgetting how to breathe lol
The weird thing about wetsuits is that they do keep you warm but are so tight at first when the waters that cold, it kinda contricts your ability to breathe deep. Then, sometimes,.people panic. You'll see them grab onto a nearby kayak during a race to "catch their breathe"
Oh that’s interesting and good to know! I’ve never put on a wetsuit but perhaps an adventure in the future will suggest one. I’ll keep this in mind. Thanks for sharing! ☺️
