Started lifting again basically since the C19 scam started and little guy was born.

Monday - Legs, Squats, isolation movements to burn out

Wednesday - Chest and tri's

Friday - Deadlifts and back

Satirday or Sunday - Shoulders and arms

Gained 14lbs in 3 weeks so far.
