People are genuinely publicly saying "I trust the government"
Listen folks. If you live in a society where anyone would feel the need to make that statement that should be all the red flag you need to know you can't trust your government at all.

Trust in government shouldn't be needed. If things were transparent only facts would need to be over viewed.
The only reason someone would say that is because they feel insecure about their position imo. It means were winning and they're coping.
I was making fun of a specific headline I saw yesterday that a big name Republican calling for the release of the Epstein list said he spoke to Trump on the phone and no longer wants to see the list because "he has decided to trust his friends in the government"
