I get those messages too sometimes when I try to zap notes. Unfortunately the receiver doesn't get any error message that his wallet is not working. So he could pass the error message to the developers of the wallet.

Makes me think that I hope in the future we can add more than 1 lightning address from different wallets in case the first one fails.

I think BTCPay server might be able to solve this sort of issue. Imagine having 2 lightning address from different BTCPay servers. This would allow to never miss a zap or especially never miss a sale if you sell products.

Lightning is still finicky. I get all kinds of errors with my own lightning node.

as for the zap.. It's the thought that counts. 👍
