Didn’t post my coffee & eggs yesterday as I was laid up with a bad back. Feeling better now due to ice packs & ibuprofen, but going to take it easy for a while.
Right now it’s coffee!!

Is it low back? I have one also. Ibuprofen can be inflammatory for a back issue. Ice pack 👍

Ibuprofen is what is keeping me mobile, but am definitely hitting that ice pack too
Pain relief masks the pain buy then problem isn't treated at its root.
