The biggest test for nostr's censorship resistance would be when they copyright guys notice it.

It's not hard. They can just submit notices to the CDNs everyone are using. This is and will be the weakness of nostr for media. Text notes are one thing.
everyone loves tor but it is so slow.
CDN's in states that don't give a shit about copyright laws are also a good idea.
I think if we can just be a hydra and regrow 2 heads every time one gets cut off, eventually we will last longer than their resources.
