I have a bunch of piecemeal tools for all of those but the major problem I’m having right now is both text to slow h on my local machine (audio tools are harder to come by) and then most specifically is having one that will take my voice acting as a base for it. (You can do this with Altered.Ai)

I don’t have any good local run options yet, but Altered might do what you are looking for until I find a solid stack.
