Is there a user manual for setting up Nostr, including the integration with a Lightning address?
The process is not as straightforward as I expected, especially for those who are new to Bitcoin.

It is a bit difficult. The best way to go is to start people with Primal and to use the built-in wallet.
Mostly we kind of just wing it here. I’m sure someone has written a guide but there’s no central repository, and there are some things that depend on your client, OS, and even location.
Let’s start with:

• How familiar are you with Lightning wallets?

Welcome to the club, haha! I’ve been trying to explain Nostr to noobs for over two years. 😂
If you’re on Primal for mobile you are ahead of the game in terms of Lightning because of the built-in wallet. Most other clients don’t have this feature.
If you want a wallet that works with more clients you can check out nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm which was built for Nostr integration, but needs an invite code. (You can get one here.)
