What do you cook with maple?
Sub it for sugar in baked goods, root vegetables with rosemary, time and sage, grass fed butter or ghee are the first two ideas that come to mind
Also, according to an ayurvedic doctor I worked with for a while, honey becomes toxic when heated past a certain temperature (can't recall exactly what that # is)

Depends on the application. For biscuits, both. For waffles, syrup. For oatmeal, peanut butter, toast, parfaits, smoothies, honey is best.
